I have a plot at a community garden in Maryland — and it's one of my favorite places in the world.

My neighbors grow things I've never heard of. People from all over the world bring seeds, techniques, and generosity. Every season I learn something new, and I leave with more than I came with.

I grow almost everything from seed — flowers, vegetables, herbs, fruit. I love every stage of the process. I can help you plan your garden, choose the right plants for your space, source what you need, and make sense of it all.

Need someone to look after your garden?

Going on vacation? Too busy to keep up with watering and weeding? I can help. I'm available to come by regularly to water, weed, deadhead, harvest, and generally keep things alive and healthy while you're away or just short on time. I treat other people's gardens like my own.
